Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Two recipes so far: a tzatziki and coriander-lime dip duo built to go with the chaats and kebabs elsewhere on this site, and a papaya salad dressing that turns the fruit into a Thai-style vinaigrette. Small category for now, more dips and sauces get added as they're developed.
